We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity at our Rishon LeZion office. The role involves gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to support decision-making processes for our clients. You will create visualizations, compile reports, identify data trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize business processes. The Junior Data Analyst will work with senior team members to enhance Oracle Demantra and Demand Management Cloud solutions, ensuring high-quality analytics implementation and support.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Basic understanding of Oracle Demantra, Oracle Demand Management Cloud, or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, trend identification, and performing statistical analysis.
• Experience with data cleaning, preparation, and quality assurance processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Prior experience in supply chain forecasting or working with enterprise-scale analytics solutions is beneficial.
• Passionate about data analysis and eager to learn advanced analytics tools and techniques.
