What You’re Applying For

We are looking for a passionate product lead to help build our breakthrough AI product.

You'll explore customer needs, help define products and feature requirements, and interact with R&D to deliver an amazing solution while owning the full product life cycle, from ideation, planning, and building, to testing, launching, iterating, and supporting.

In this role, you’ll

• Develop a business justification for new product features by conducting market research, analyzing competitors, interviewing users, and gathering feedback from various stakeholders.
• Establish critical metrics to evaluate success and determine feature prioritization.
• Outline both business and technical specifications for products and features, ensuring the creation of clear and detailed product documentation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers, providing direction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Optimize features for greater efficiency and a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate on defining the product vision, roadmap, and positioning.
  
  

• 3-7 years of experience as PM.
• 1+ year of experience in successfully launching a variety of products (user-facing and backend-facing).
• Self-motivated and capable of independently managing complex projects with limited resources and competing priorities, while effectively driving company-wide strategic efforts.
• Usage based products: Experience with SaaS enterprise productivity-based or user adoption/usage-based products would be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing complex technical issues and a deep understanding of the elements that make products stand out.
• Naturally curious, consistently engaging in critical thinking and questioning conventional practices to better understand underlying principles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential for achieving objectives.
• Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to present findings and implications both numerically and through visual aids.
• Able to promote and drive collaboration among diverse groups, including engineering, customer success and sales teams, by encouraging teamwork rather than exerting authority.
• Extensive knowledge of the full product development process, along with proficiency in English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Worked in a startup and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment (advantage)
