Role Summary

A Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems and applications. In this role, you will work closely with other engineers and teams to build reliable, scalable, and efficient software solutions.

This is a future opportunity, with hiring expected in approximately 6 months. We are currently building a pipeline of candidates.

• Develop and maintain software applications and features
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions
• Debug and resolve technical issues
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams
• Assist in testing and deployment processes
• Contribute to improving system performance and reliability
• Follow best practices in software development and documentation
  

• Basic to solid understanding of programming fundamentals
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C++)
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, or web development
• Personal, academic, or open-source projects
  

• Version control systems such as Git
• Development environments (VS Code, IntelliJ, etc.)
• Frameworks and libraries depending on tech stack
• APIs and database systems
• AI-Assisted Coding tools like Claude Code, Opencode, or Cursor.
  

• No professional experience required for junior level candidates
• Suitable for recent graduates or early-career developers
• A portfolio or GitHub profile is an advantage
