The HR Specialist is a hands-on role that combines two key responsibilities: supporting the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle at our Modiin site and driving employee welfare initiatives across Israel.
- Support the full employee lifecycle (Hire to Retire) in accordance with local labor laws and HR policies.
- Serve as a day-to-day HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support on routine HR matters.
- Coordinate and support employees’ welfare programs in Israel, including vendor management and employee communication.
- Assist in planning and executing community contribution plan at Israel level.
- Support the local implementation of HR programs, ensuring accurate data maintenance and reporting in HR systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles.
- Experience in managing employee life cycles and HR processes, preferably in Global organizations
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English at a working level
