Role Description:

Zenzap is looking for a Marketing Manager to help turn ideas into real marketing projects, campaigns, and content. This role sits at the center of the marketing team, working to make sure projects move from idea → execution → launch. The role touches many parts of marketing from social media and community to creative production, campaigns, and new experiments. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves organizing moving pieces, and gets satisfaction from making things actually happen. Responsibilities:

Run marketing projects from idea to launch

• Help plan, organize, and execute marketing initiatives
• Break down ideas into clear tasks and timelines
• Keep projects moving across different channels and teams

Coordinate creative and content production

• Manage the production of marketing content, including ads, video commercials, customer stories, and social media content
• Coordinate shoots, creative assets, and editing workflows
• Work with designers, editors, and contributors

Manage social media and community initiatives

• In charge of social media channels: strategy, production, publishing and campaigns
• Coordinate activity across community platforms
• Help turn marketing ideas into engaging posts and discussions

Launch campaigns and experiments

• Help execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Assist with testing new creative ideas and formats
• Track campaign progress and results

Keep the marketing engine running

• Organize workflows and timelines
• Manage priorities across multiple ongoing projects
• Ensure tasks move forward and deadlines are met

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing operations
• Strong marketing, branding, and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated project management experience and comfortable managing multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Hands-on experience in social media management, including content planning, posting, and performance tracking
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Someone who enjoys execution and seeing ideas come to life
• Hybrid position based in our Tel Aviv office, with a requirement to work from the office four days per week.
