You will take deeply complex systems — AI outputs, data flows, creative generation engines - and turn them into interfaces that feel simple, fast, and almost obvious.

This is a core role. The product is the interface.

You think in systems, not pages.

You’re obsessed with turning complexity into clarity.

You care about performance, responsiveness, and flow - not just visuals.

You’ve probably looked at most products and thought:

"This could be so much better."

Own and build the frontend of an entirely new category of product.

Turn raw AI outputs and data signals into intuitive, real-time interfaces.

Work side by side with AI and Data teams to shape how the system is experienced.

Design and implement fast, dynamic, highly interactive UI systems.

Define frontend architecture, standards, and performance benchmarks.

Push the boundaries of how users interact with automated decision-making systems.

5+ years building production-grade frontend systems.

Strong expertise in React (or similar modern frameworks).

Deep understanding of state, performance, and scalable architecture.

Experience building complex, data-heavy or real-time interfaces.

A product mindset - you care how things feel, not just how they work.

Experience working with AI/ML-driven products.

Built interfaces for systems, not just apps (tools, platforms, engines).

Experience with advanced visualization, motion, or interaction design.

Strong taste - you know when something is right.
