Frontend Team Leader

Leading Creative Technology startup developing a global subscription-based platform for content creators, influencers, and filmmakers. The company has revolutionized digital media licensing with over 20 million users worldwide.

Employing hundreds of people, the company is located in Tel Aviv (near the Light Rail) and offers a hybrid model with one day of remote work.

The Role-

• Leading a global team of 6 developers across Israel, the UK, and India.
• Reporting to the Head of R&D and taking ownership of a core strategic product.
• Driving the development of next-generation Gen-AI products, including voice cloning, text-to-image, and video generation tools.
• Focusing on Frontend architecture and leadership with minor Hands-on involvement.
• Working primarily with React to deliver high-quality digital assets and innovative creator tools.

Requirements-

• 2 years of managerial experience
• 7 years of experience in Frontend development
• Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with React
• Experience in managing distributed or global teams – a plus
