Established Israeli Fintech startup developing an AI and Big Data platform that maps the financial internet to help governments and tax authorities uncover money laundering and tax evasion.
The company has secured significant funding (Round B) from leading ventures, employs dozens of people globally, and is located in Tel Aviv (Train-line) with a hybrid model of one day remote.
The Role-
- Professional and managerial leadership of a team of 6 Data Analysts.
- Reporting to the Group Lead with a 30-40% Hands-on component.
- End-to-end responsibility for analytical solutions, from Data Exploration to Operational Insights.
- Working with large and complex datasets to identify financial fraud and crypto-asset patterns.
- Utilizing SQL, Python, and BI tools to deliver high-impact results for global clients.
Requirements-
- 2 years of managerial experience
- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with BI tools
- High-level English proficiency
- Relevant military experience from technological units is highly valued
- Background in Fintech – a significant advantage
