Development Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Development team lead that will lead a development team of approximately 20 employees.

The role combines technological leadership, people management, process management, and business development with customers.

Management Experience

Proven managerial experience of at least 5 employees, including:

• Technological leadership as a Team Lead / Tech Lead / Architect
• Strong experience in leading people, mentoring, and professional development
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
• Experience building, scaling, and managing development teams

Technical Experience

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Java Back-End development
• Additional experience with modern technologies such as:
• Scala / Angular / React / Node.js
• Proven experience in:
• Writing technical specifications and design documents
• Architecture design and system planning
• Project and task management
• Experience working with a wide variety of systems across different domains and verticals – advantage
• Experience delivering technical trainings, lectures, or leading technology conferences – advantage

Business Experience

• Experience working directly with customers
• Background in Professional Services companies – significant advantage
• Experience in sales and pre-sale processes for products and/or projects – advantage
• Understanding of business processes and a high level of service orientation
