About NAYA technologies:
We are a leading global provider of data platform and development professional services.
We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing data and development technology companies worldwide, based in Israel and we're hiring.
We are seeking a skilled Development team lead that will lead a development team of approximately 20 employees.
The role combines technological leadership, people management, process management, and business development with customers.
Management Experience
Proven managerial experience of at least 5 employees, including:
- Technological leadership as a Team Lead / Tech Lead / Architect
- Strong experience in leading people, mentoring, and professional development
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
- Experience building, scaling, and managing development teams
Technical Experience
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Java Back-End development
- Additional experience with modern technologies such as:
- Scala / Angular / React / Node.js
- Proven experience in:
- Writing technical specifications and design documents
- Architecture design and system planning
- Project and task management
- Experience working with a wide variety of systems across different domains and verticals – advantage
- Experience delivering technical trainings, lectures, or leading technology conferences – advantage
Business Experience
- Experience working directly with customers
- Background in Professional Services companies – significant advantage
- Experience in sales and pre-sale processes for products and/or projects – advantage
- Understanding of business processes and a high level of service orientation
