Our Customer Success team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented PPC Account Manager for the Israeli market. The position is intended for professionals who like to combine strategic customer management with hands-on technical work, with the aim of accompanying businesses on the way to achieving their marketing goals through our system.
Key Responsibilities
Managing ongoing contact with a customer portfolio and holding periodic meetings to review performance.
Hands-on work in setting up and defining advertising campaigns directly on the company's platform.
Leading onboarding processes for new customers and building winning work strategies.
Providing professional solutions and technical support in the interfaces between the system and Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Working closely with the product and development teams to improve the platform based on customer needs.
At least two years of experience in PPC or digital marketing roles — required.
Previous experience working with Google Ads and Facebook Ads — required.
Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills — required.
Familiarity with the world of e-commerce and experience managing multiple client portfolios simultaneously — a significant advantage.
