Data Science Team Lead (ML & LLM Solutions)
We are looking for a Data Science Team Lead to drive the development and deployment of advanced Machine Learning and LLM-based solutions, while leading a small, high-performing team
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Machine Learning and LLM-based models
- Implement and optimize ML/AI solutions in production environments (on-premise and cloud)
- Own end-to-end processes, including planning, prioritization, and delivery
- Research, evaluate, and integrate new data technologies and tools
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality solutions that deliver measurable business value
- Provide professional leadership and mentorship to a Data Science team
Requirements :
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science and classical Machine Learning
- At least 1 year of experience working with LLMs and AI-based solutions
- Experience leading a small team or acting as a technical lead
- Familiarity with LangChain, tokenization, and prompt engineering
- Experience with RAG-based systems – a strong advantage
- Experience working with large-scale databases and complex business environments – an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, system-level perspective, and decision-making skills
