Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI and Data Science professionals
• Drive the design, development, validation, and deployment of machine learning and computer vision solutions
• Partner with Software, Systems, Product, Clinical, and Data teams to deliver high-impact technologies
• Define technical strategy, project priorities, and development roadmaps
• Ensure high-quality research, experimentation, and production-ready implementations
• Present technical progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership and global stakeholders
• Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth within the team

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• Proven experience leading AI Machine Learning or Data Science teams
• Strong background in Machine Learning Deep Learning Computer Vision and Image Analysis
• Experience developing and deploying AI models in production environments
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks
• Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in a global environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Medical Devices or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with real-time imaging computer-assisted diagnostics or AI-driven clinical applications
• Track record of delivering innovative AI products from concept to commercialization
