FullStack Team lead

In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable web applications from scratch, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver meaningful, high-impact on Command & Control (C2) or complex monitoring systems..

You will be responsible for architecting and scaling a sophisticated Microservices-based environment, with a rigorous focus on high availability and real-time data processing.

We are looking for a technical pioneer who breathes AI-driven development and thrives on the challenge of building "zero-to-one."

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and foster engineering excellence (70-80% hands-on).
• Design and scale complex Microservices and real-time data systems from scratch.
• Drive the product from initial POC/Greenfield to production.
• Champion AI tools (Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development and quality.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

Technical Requirements

• 5+ years in Fullstack, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Expert-level Node.js and React.
• Strong background in Microservices and distributed architectures.
• Deep knowledge of MongoDB, Elastic, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Docker.
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD pipelines.
• Significant experience using AI tools for coding and automated testing.

Advantages (Big Plus)

• Experience with Command & Control (C2) or complex monitoring systems.
• Proven track record of building and deploying AI Agents or LLM integrations.
• Experience taking a product from "Zero to One" in a startup environment.
