AI Transformation Lead

One Zero Digital Bank is looking for an Enterprise AI Transformation Lead to help the bank move from successful AI use in engineering to broader adoption across business, operations, and management workflows.

This role will identify high-value AI opportunities, partner with business leaders to turn them into governed solutions, and help build an AI-enabled, human-accountable way of working across the bank. You will work across business, operations, product, data, engineering, risk, legal, security, and compliance teams to ensure AI initiatives are practical, safe, and measurable.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Identify, validate, and prioritize AI use cases across the bank using business impact, feasibility, data readiness, and control requirements.
• Partner with business owners and cross-functional teams to take use cases from discovery through pilot, production rollout, adoption, and value measurement.
• Build business cases, define success metrics, and track outcomes such as productivity, cycle time, quality, decision support, or customer impact.
• Lead change management, communication, and enablement so teams adopt new tools and workflows with confidence.
• Establish practical playbooks for responsible AI use, including privacy, security, model-risk, and escalation requirements.Continuously evaluate emerging tools and vendors, and recommend the right solutions for One Zero’s operating environment.
  
  

• 1+ years of real-life experience in of leading AI process implementation for technocal and non-technocal employees
• Heavy experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude Code.
• Practical familiarity with generative AI, copilots, workflow automation, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, product, operations, consulting, AI-enabled change, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcome.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into practical technology and process solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to lead without formal authority.
• Experience working in a regulated environment such as banking, fintech, insurance, payments, telecom, or healthcare.
