• You’ll play a key role at the intersection of Business and R&D, owning critical AdOps and integration processes end to end.
  
  

• Own the full onboarding and integration process for new publisher and advertiser partners - from setup through go-live, stabilization, and ongoing optimization.
• Impact real-time business results by ensuring traffic quality, campaign accuracy, data integrity, and revenue reliability.
• Build scalable operational workflows and automations that reduce manual effort and support business growth.
• Deliver operational excellence through troubleshooting, issue investigation, structured escalation, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, BI, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth launches, fast problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  
  

• 2+ years of experience in a similar AdOps, integration, or technical operations role.
• Day-to-day proficiency with AI tools - including chat tools, AI agents, and automated workflows - using them as a real productivity lever, not just occasionally.
• Strong proficiency in Excel - confident with formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• A do-er first: you default to action, take ownership of your work, and don't wait to be told twice.
• Process-obsessed: you see how things work, spot what could be better, and build improvements - not workarounds.
• You set high standards for yourself and naturally raise the bar for your team.
• Analytically sharp: you ask the right questions, dig into data, and back your thinking with evidence.
• Composed under pressure: you manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy or a positive attitude.
• Growth-oriented: you treat feedback as fuel, stay curious, and are always looking to level up.
• Full professional fluency in English - verbal and written.
  
  

• Familiarity with operational and BI tools - ClickUp, HubSpot, Power BI, or similar.
• Ability to read and understand API documentation and apply it in practice.
