We’re Hiring: Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager
About the Role
This role focuses on strengthening digital performance and social media presence through hands-on campaign management, optimization, and strategic thinking. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaigns
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across various domains aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with agencies, digital marketers, and analytics partners to build effective media plans
- Oversee creative development and ensure alignment with different platforms
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for better results
- Prepare ongoing reports, insights, and performance summaries
Social Media
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand values and marketing objectives
- Manage day-to-day activity across social platforms
- Identify and implement new tools, trends, and innovations to improve performance
- Collaborate with influencers when relevant and manage ongoing partnerships
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience managing digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital media and performance marketing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from data
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
