Clinical Trial Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to join our team and support the advancement of meaningful clinical studies.

About the role

• Ongoing support to Clinical Project Managers
• Collaboration with vendors and external stakeholders
• Tracking and managing clinical supplies
• Preparation of documentation for Ethics Committees
• Data monitoring and documentation control
• Clinical Trial Master File (TMF) management
• Participation in trainings and data review activities

Requirements

✅ BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or a related field

✅ At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or CTA

✅ GCP or CRA certification

✅ Excellent command of MS Office

✅ Very high level of English, written and spoken

✅ Strong organizational skills, independence, high motivation, and excellent interpersonal abilities
