Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join Doona 🚀

What you’ll do:

• Own and lead Doona’s global social media strategy across channels

• Build and execute a seasonal content calendar aligned with brand and business goals

• Manage day-to-day social presence, community engagement, and performance

• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, and Influencer teams to bring campaigns to life

• Lead social media execution around campaigns and photo shoots

• Identify and drive collaborations with relevant brands and media partners

• Track performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for growth

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years managing and growing social media for a strong consumer brand

• Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices

• Strong storytelling and communication skills (native-level English)

• A passion for lifestyle, culture, and digital trends

• Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized — someone who takes ownership

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
