We're an AI-first data team looking for a business-minded Data Analyst to drive decisions, uncover revenue opportunities, and influence how we operate.

The ideal candidate is someone who’s mastered the full analytics cycle — from business questions to delivering clear insights. They’re strong in SQL and visualization tools, comfortable using AI tools daily, and are eager to combine AI with analytics to deliver business insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify business gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities, and directly influence key decisions.
• Own analyses end-to-end — from defining business questions to delivering insights and recommendations
• Use your deep understanding of users and the business to translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive product and revenue impact
• Maintain data accessibility, reliability, and accuracy across relevant departments.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deliver actionable insights that drive performance.
• Track and report on KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes.
• Stay current with industry and AI-related trends, leveraging new tools and methodologies to enhance the company’s data and analytics capabilities.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles (product/marketing/business, etc.) - end-to-end ownership - understanding stakeholder needs, proposing and performing analysis, and delivering insights. Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• 1+ year of experience working with AI as a collaborator, not just a tool- knowing how to ask the right questions, guide execution, and evaluate results
• Deep understanding of B2C product data flows.
• Familiarity with trading data and the trading world (forex/stocks/futures/options) - Advantage
• Experience working with BI tools (Metabase preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High-level proficiency in English.
