Your future challenges:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide your team through complex technical challenges and support them in delivering reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
• Mentor & Grow: Support professional and personal development, foster ownership, and help your team thrive – both technically and culturally.
• Collaborate & Align: Work closely with fellow team leads, product managers, and stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Improve & Evolve: Take the lead in evolving our engineering practices and processes to increase efficiency, quality, and team satisfaction.
• Decide & Deliver: Make sound architectural and technical decisions that balance short-term progress with long-term sustainability.
• Code & Review: Write production-ready code and ensure technical excellence across the team’s contributions.
• Own the Full Lifecycle: Drive software development from idea to deployment, including troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.
  
  

Your Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development – with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• (Nice to have) 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead position.
• Strong hands-on skills in Python and working knowledge of Rust.
• Comfortable with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps environments.
• (Bonus) Familiarity with Linux systems, networking concepts, or API design.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Agile team player with a collaborative spirit and a desire to grow together.
• Excellent communication skills – able to bridge between tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
