RWA Operations Manager

Petrodatycs is a blockchain company building infrastructure for the oil & gas industry. We provide real-time asset tracking, smart contract automation for supply chains, immutable emissions reporting, and the ability for energy companies to generate, tokenize, and trade carbon credits on-chain.

We are looking for an RWA Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our tokenized real-world assets and carbon credit platform.

What you’ll do:

• Manage daily operations of tokenized carbon credits and other RWA on our blockchain platform
• Coordinate tokenization processes, distributions, and secondary market activity
• Work with partners, registries, and clients on RWA-related operations
• Monitor on-chain performance, liquidity, and operational metrics
• Support the team with process improvements and new asset onboarding

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years of experience in RWA operations, carbon credits, or tokenized assets
• Good understanding of blockchain, token mechanics, and on-chain processes
• Experience with clients or partners in energy / sustainability is a plus
• You actively invest in crypto and RWA yourself and manage a meaningful personal portfolio

What we offer:

• $90,000 – $100,000 USD base salary (depending on experience) + token package
