Full-time position | Sunday–Thursday | 3 days per week from our office

We're looking for a Business Operations Manager & Team Lead to play a key role in shaping how we grow our business and support our people. This is a highly cross-functional position where you'll partner closely with HR, Sales, Delivery, and leadership to ensure our employees are set up for success while helping the business make smart, strategic staffing decisions.

• Own the end-to-end journey of employees between projects — from project completion through interview readiness to successful placement in their next role.

• Coordinate onboarding of new team members with team leads, group leads, and HR, ensuring a smooth and well-informed integration.

• Balance employee needs with business needs — understanding individual goals, managing expectations, and building tailored solutions.

• Guide employees through organizational shifts (including adapting to AI-driven changes) by identifying gaps and translating change into practical support.

• Assess technical skills and personal strengths to find the best match between employees and client opportunities.

• Make staffing recommendations to leadership and Sales by weighing professional skills, soft skills, availability, business risk, and client constraints.

• Provide hands-on support during transition periods: interview prep, feedback, coaching, and ongoing check-ins.

• Track professional development, certifications, personal projects, and skill gaps across the team.

As the role matures, there's room to expand into broader operational and cross-functional territory:

• End-to-end tracking of business opportunities, from open to close, with an eye for bottlenecks and dependencies.

• Acting as a connective hub across HR, Sales, Delivery, and Marketing - translating leadership decisions into operational plans and driving alignment across stakeholders.

• Smooth, well-managed employee transitions with minimal unnecessary bench time.

• Faster, better-informed staffing decisions that balance employee, client, and business needs.

•  Clear visibility across HR, Sales, and Delivery into availability, readiness, risks, and next steps.

•  Employees who are prepared, supported, and successfully placed in roles where they can perform and grow.

•  Bottlenecks identified before they become business problems.

•  Repeatable processes that bring structure, accountability, and momentum to staffing and business operations.

•  Experience leading complex, cross-functional processes, or in project/process management.

• Technical familiarity with DevOps or general development environments - a strong plus.

•  Business acumen and comfort making decisions under uncertainty.

•  Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving action without formal authority.

•  Details-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

•  Openness to learning technical concepts at a high level.Proactive, independent, and able to own initiatives end-to-end.

•  Excellent interpersonal communication, with genuine care for both the role and the people involved.
