The Loss Adjuster will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling property insurance claims. Key daily tasks include conducting on-site inspections, preparing detailed reports, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external clients to deliver an optimal resolution for claims. This is a full-time on-site position located in Ramat Gan.

• Expertise in Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Proven experience in Adjustments and Property Claims processes
• Strong knowledge of the Insurance sector and policy frameworks
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex loss scenarios
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and the capacity to work methodically under pressure
• Relevant certifications or membership in professional organizations (e.g., CILA) are highly advantageous
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional language skills are a plus
• Proficiency in using industry-specific tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
