Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Loss Adjuster role based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Loss Adjuster will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims, including property and related losses, through site visits, interviews, and review of documentation. Day-to-day tasks include assessing the extent of damage, verifying policy coverage, calculating adjustments, and preparing clear written reports and recommendations for claims settlement. The role involves regular contact with insurers, policyholders, and other stakeholders, negotiating fair outcomes while adhering to company and regulatory standards. The Loss Adjuster will also help improve internal processes, maintain accurate records, and support colleagues with complex or high-value cases.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Claims Handling and Claims Management, including investigation, documentation, and resolution of insurance claims.
• Candidates should possess solid expertise in Adjustments and Property Claims, with the ability to assess damage, quantify loss, and recommend fair compensation.
• Candidates should possess a sound understanding of Insurance principles and policy interpretation relevant to property and general claims.
• Candidates should possess excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, insurers, and third parties.
• Relevant experience as a loss adjuster, claims professional, or in an insurance-related role is highly beneficial.
• A relevant academic background (e.g., insurance, law, finance, engineering, or related field) is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Tel Aviv District, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
