About Tnuva’s Technology Information Systems Division

Tnuva’s Technology Information Systems Division leads the digital transformation of Israel’s largest food company. The division develops advanced technological solutions, manages complex organizational systems, and supports key business processes across production, logistics, retail, and finance. With a strong focus on innovation and data‑driven operations, it enables efficient, smart, and scalable business performance.

Role Overview

Managing, monitoring, and coordinating the division’s portfolio of technology projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and organizational goals.The role includes standardizing work methodologies, ensuring management transparency, and supporting strategic decision‑making across the division.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and track the status of projects, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Monitor and control project tasks as well as executive‑level tasks within the division.
Manage technological risks and apply structured risk‑management methodologies.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal and cross‑organizational stakeholders.
Ensure governance, visibility, and consistency across the project portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or Business Administration) – must.
At least three years of proven PMO experience in IT/technology environments – must.
Hands‑on experience in technological risk management and risk‑management methodologies – must.
Strong command of digital task‑management systems – significant advantage.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
