IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity to lead and manage our IT infrastructure, ensure system security, and drive technology initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to maintain a secure, scalable, and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including risk assessment, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Ensure data protection, system integrity, and compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Monitor systems for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
• Manage firewalls, antivirus solutions, SIEM tools, and endpoint security systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Oversee IT budgets, cost control, and procurement processes.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT management, with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
• Solid knowledge of network security, cloud security, and data protection practices.
• Hands-on experience with security tools (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Endpoint Protection).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.).
• Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar).
  
  

• Experience in scalable tech environments or startups.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with penetration testing or security audits.
