Model: Fully Onsite (+ travel abroad when needed), Fully Employed

Scope: Full Time

Location: Southern Tel Aviv District

Industry: Electronic Hardware

Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across multiple programs.
Own delivery of all ILS outputs for assigned projects.
Develop and review technical specifications, design and test documentation, and logistics engineering analyses.
Review technical publications and develop and deliver introductory training.
Provide technical input to proposals and service or maintenance contracts.
Manage internal and external partners supporting the development, integration, testing, and delivery of support and test equipment.
Support customer service and sustainment teams with engineering expertise.

Qualifications:

Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline, or a certified electronics practitioner
5+ years of proven experience in maintenance roles
IDF background in technical or maintenance roles
Prior background in structured technical or maintenance units operating in high‑reliability, operational environments
Strong proficiency with Hebrew and English with the ability to present technical content
Proven experience managing and supervising subcontractors
Practical or engineering experience with RF systems - Advantage
