We’re looking for a highly creative, data-driven Marketing & Social Specialist

to own our social presence end-to-end and drive engagement and brand impact. This role plays a key part in shaping our social channels and building a strong, active community across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong, active trading community that drives ongoing conversations
• Develop content and experiences that connect users emotionally to the brand
• Initiate ideas that encourage user participation, dialogue, and long-term loyalty.
• Lead organic initiatives such as webinars, educational events, and special campaigns
• Coordinate messaging, content, visuals and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive execution.
• Work closely with brand managers, PPC specialists, content writers, podcast teams, and the design studio.
• Track social performance using analytics to improve reach, engagement, and brand impact.
• Plan, manage, and execute social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
• Own all social channels end-to-end: content planning, publishing, and performance tracking
• Optimize posts and campaigns for maximum engagement and audience growth
  
  

• 2+ years experience managing communities, social channels, or engagement-driven projects
• Strong project management and operational skills – coordinating internal and international stakeholders
• Excellent English writing and communication skills
• Understanding of social-first strategies and community engagement
• Ability to work independently and lead initiatives that combine social, content, and community operations
  
  

• Experience with marketing funnels or AI-assisted workflows
• Familiarity with tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Optimus
• Interest or background in financial markets/trading
