We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children (www.Doona.com). As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Global Influencer Partnerships & Community Manager to join our Marketing team in Herzliya.
About the Role
The Influencer / Creator Partnerships Manager owns our creator ecosystem—from discovery to long-term partnerships. This role is responsible for building authentic, performance-driven relationships with creators who reflect our brand values, brand aesthetic, and credibility, while driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Creator Strategy & Sourcing
- Maintain, develop and execute an influencer/creator strategy aligned with brand and campaign goals
- Identify and recruit creators across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Build a diverse creator pipeline across regions and audience sizes (nano → macro)
- Stay current on creator trends, platform changes, and emerging talent
- Maintain an organized creator/content library
Partnership Management
- Manage end-to-end creator relationships: outreach, onboarding, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage gifting programs and collaborations (deliverables, usage rights etc) with long-term, authentic partnerships in mind rather than one-off posts
- Brief creators with creative direction when applicable
- Coordinate launches, product drops, and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with social, brand, and e-commerce teams to align messaging and content usage
Community Management
- Reply to comments & DMs
- Manage UGC permissions
- Engage with creators and audiences
- Escalate customer service issues with the customer service team
Performance & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions)
Qualifications
- Experience in social media, global influencer/ creator marketing (brand or agency)
- Strong understanding of lifestyle, fashion, beauty, wellness, and home categories, including celebrities and athletes
- Native-level proficiency in English - a must
- Deep knowledge of Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple activations simultaneously
- Familiarity with social commerce tools - an advantage
- Comfort working in fast-moving, growth-stage brands
