The Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help shape our

platform end-to-end. You'll work across the stack to build fast, scalable systems and high-impact user experiences- from backend logic to frontend polish.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of core product areas and help shape a platform at the

cutting edge of B2B data and AI.

We operate at the forefront of AI, leveraging tools like Cursor and Claude Code as part of our

core development workflow to build smarter and move faster.

What You’ll Do

● Own the end-to-end development of scalable web applications

● Design and implement complex backend systems, APIs, and data-intensive services

● Lead architectural decisions and drive technical direction across features and domains

● Build fast, high-quality user experiences with strong attention to performance and

usability

● Work closely with Product, Design, and DevOps to translate business needs into robust

technical solutions

● Improve development velocity by leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)

● Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and hands-on

mentorship

What You Bring

● 10+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development

● Proven ability to build and own end-to-end systems in production environments

● Strong experience designing scalable systems and making architectural decisions

● Experience working across both backend and frontend (with strength in at least one

side)

● Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and DevOps workflows

● Experience working in fast-paced environments (startup experience is a strong

advantage)

● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

● Clear communication and a collaborative mindset

● Experience working with modern AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)

Nice to Have

● Experience with Python (backend)

● Experience with React / Next.js (frontend)
