Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a brilliant Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our R&D team and play a pivotal role in building a platform that turns social impact into a scalable reality.

You will architect mission-critical systems, lead the integration of LLMs into our product, and take full end-to-end ownership of features that serve organizations worldwide.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Build: Design and scale a 100% cloud-native, containerized distributed system designed for 99.999% availability.
• AI-First Innovation: Play a major role in developing our LLM-based engine, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into seamless user experiences.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the entire engineering lifecycle - from API-first design and frontend craft to CI/CD pipelines and production monitoring.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Customer Success, and Design to solve complex challenges and align technical execution with our social impact mission.
• Mentor & Lead: Set high standards for code quality and system design, mentoring fellow engineers and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in at least 2 technology companies, where you played a significant role in the team's success and technical growth.
• Hands-on mastery of Python, or Node.js (TypeScript), with the ability to lead by example and deep-dive into complex code.
• Expertise in scaling distributed architectures, including deep experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and containerized environments (Docker/K8s).
• Business-minded leadership, with a natural ability to align technical decisions with market success and manage remote/global teams.
• Professional grit and direct communication, backed by a BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent engineering experience.
• Experience with LLM or ML-based systems - a significant advantage.
