BrandShield is growing and looking for an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our talented team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outbound initiatives using AI tools, including Claude Code and automation workflows with LLM APIs.
- Utilize sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and Outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
- Conduct research to understand market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective outreach and follow-up strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Outbound BDR
- Familiar with AI tools such as Claude Code or automation workflows built with LLM APIs to create and run an AI outbound initiative.
- Familiar with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Outreach
- Strong desire for career growth and professional development.
- Hungry, motivated, self sufficient.
- Fluent in English
- Work Monday to Friday
- Work evenings as well
