We’re looking for a dynamic, business-oriented HR Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership, combining hands-on technical recruitment, Learning & Development initiatives, and strong ownership of our HR systems—especially HiBob.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment

Lead recruitment for technical roles (R&D, Product, Data, etc).
Partner with hiring managers to drive effective, high-quality hiring processes.
Evaluate candidates with a strong understanding of technical roles.

HRIS & Data (HiBob)

Own and manage the HiBob HRIS system as a key user and focal point.
Maintain accurate employee data across the full lifecycle.
Generate reports and insights to support data-driven decisions.
Improve and streamline HR processes using the system.

Learning & Development

Support L&D initiatives, focusing on managers and team leads.
Design and deliver workshops on leadership and management.
Partner with HR and leadership to strengthen organizational capabilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field – required.
2+ years of experience in technical recruitment within a tech company – required.
Hands-on experience with HiBob HRIS – a must.
Strong experience with HR systems, data, and reporting.
Experience in L&D / OD or manager training – a strong advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (Hebrew & English).
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
