Job Title: Business Analyst (Pharmacy / Healthcare)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid) (Must live in daily commutable distance to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania)

Pay: $40/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Day Shift

Purpose

The Business Analyst serves as the intermediary link between Patient Service Center (PSC) Operations, the Non-Commercial Pharmacy, and third-party software vendors. By facilitating seamless and effective communication channels, the Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing requests and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

This role ensures effective collaboration, timely information exchange, and problem resolution to enhance operational efficiency while fostering strong partnerships. The Business Analyst will work closely with business, IT, and operational teams to understand workflows, define requirements, and deliver solutions through implementation, training, documentation, and rollout to end users.

An ideal candidate will possess both pharmacy operational and analytics experience, with a passion for integrating data and driving process improvements to enhance the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Non-Commercial Pharmacy and program stakeholders
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment
• Develop meeting agendas, capture minutes, and track action items across cross-functional teams
• Act as the main contact for pharmacy software inquiries and escalations
• Coordinate with internal program operations and program management teams
• Maintain ongoing communication with pharmacy operations and PSC leadership
• Ensure compliance with patient privacy laws, program policies, and regulatory requirements
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Support additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations and/or HUB services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to present to and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
