What are your responsibilities?

• Conduct functional requirements analysis, translating business needs into technical specifications for data integration and compliance reporting solutions;
• Lead data transformation and integration initiatives, ensuring efficient processing of multiple data sources into a centralized data hub;
• Design and specify Power BI dashboards aligned with business requirements, delivering clear and actionable compliance insights;
• Perform acceptance testing and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and adherence to predefined functional criteria;
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, lead workshops, and provide end-user support, ensuring smooth delivery, adoption, and continuous alignment with business objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with a strong focus on data;
• Strong proficiency in SQL;
• Experience with Power BI;
• Familiarity with Databricks;
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory);
• Portuguese citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
