We’re looking for a Project Manager to join one of Israel’s largest and leading vehicle agencies- a respected and stable organization with nationwide presence. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives while bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders or users
Lead multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while ensuring organization, accuracy, and consistent progress
Take full responsibility for project success, including removing blockers and ensuring delivery against defined goals
Lead projects end-to-end, from requirements and specification through implementation and monitoring
Develop a deep understanding of the system and leverage its capabilities to support organizational needs

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing projects within technology or software environments - Must
Strong business and technical specification skills - Must
Ability to develop deep technical understanding and dive into details when necessary
Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining structure and accountability
Highly organized with a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership
Experience working closely with development, support, or implementation teams - Advantage
