We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and deliver projects successfully within scope, timeline, and budget. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for driving projects from initiation to completion, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Identify risks, issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules effectively.
- Prepare status reports and communicate updates to leadership.
- Ensure projects are delivered with high quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
- Experience managing IT/software development projects.
- Knowledge of budgeting and resource planning.
