React Developer

Responsibilities-

• Foundational Leadership: Architecting the frontend ecosystem from the ground up, translating complex AI-driven data into seamless enterprise workflows.
• Complex Interface Development: Designing and implementing sophisticated Agentic chat interfaces, experimentation platforms, and real-time observability dashboards for AI agents.
• Design System Ownership: Building a scalable Design System and a library of reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• AI-UX Bridge: Orchestrating the intersection between deep-tech AI capabilities (LLM outputs, simulation data) and intuitive user interactions.
• Strategic Impact: Playing a pivotal role in product discovery and technical decision-making as one of the company’s earliest employees.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in Frontend Development for production-grade systems – Mandatory.
• 4 years of deep, hands-on experience with React and TypeScript – Mandatory.
• Proven track record in implementing Modern Frontend Architectures (advanced state management, performance optimization, and scalable build patterns) – Mandatory.
• Significant experience within fast-paced startup environments (Seed/Series A), demonstrating the ability to build from zero in an ambiguous setting – Mandatory.
• A strong aesthetic eye for UI/UX and a passion for creating high-end, developer-centric tools.
• A degree in Computer Science or alumni status of an elite IDF technological unit – Significant Advantage.
