Responsibilities-

• Specialized Infrastructure Leadership: Managing a core team dedicated to Frontend-focused Backend & Tooling building the foundational pillars that serve hundreds of developers across the organization.
• Hybrid Leadership (50% Hands-on): Driving technical excellence from the front lines, architecting complex systems that bridge high-end Frontend with scalable, resilient Backend logic.
• Architectural Innovation: Designing and optimizing critical infra using React, Node.js, and TypeScript, integrated with distributed systems like Kafka and Redis.
• Modern Ecosystem Ownership: Leading the evolution of the development lifecycle using advanced frameworks and tools such as Webpack, Nx (Monorepo), and AWS.
• Mentorship & Professional Growth: Fostering a high-standard engineering culture, conducting architectural reviews, and leading the professional development of elite FS engineers.

Requirements-

• 2 years of proven experience in leading a software engineering team – Mandatory.
• 7 years in Full Stack or Frontend development, with a strong architectural focus – Mandatory.
• Expert-level proficiency in React and the modern JS ecosystem – Mandatory.
• A track record or deep passion for building developer tools, platform libraries, or core architectural components.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript – Mandatory.
• Experience working in ultra-high-traffic environments where performance and stability are paramount.
