Integrations Specialist & Marketing Systems (Digital Marketing Tech & Automation)

About the Role

Newcom’s Digital Department is expanding, and we are looking for a Marketing Systems & Integrations Specialist to join our marketing operations team.

In this role, you will own the technological infrastructure behind our marketing activity - from lead flow architecture and CRM integrations to tracking, automation, and system connectivity.

You’ll work closely with campaign managers, CRM providers, and external vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain integrations between marketing systems, advertising platforms, and CRM systems.
• Own the end-to-end lead flow process - from lead capture to CRM ingestion and advertising platform updates.
• Provide ongoing technical support to campaign managers for campaign infrastructure and landing pages.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, implement system changes, and perform ongoing QA testing.
• Work directly with external vendors and CRM providers.
• Monitor tracking scripts, forms, integrations, and conversion events to ensure data accuracy and stability.

Systems & Technologies

• Google Workspace - user and permission management
• Google Tag Manager - script implementation and tracking setup
• Google Analytics 4 - setup, configuration, and integrations
• Advertising Platforms (Meta, Google Ads) - integrations and data automation (not campaign management)
• Automation tools: Make, Pabbly, n8n
• CRM & lead systems: Lead.im, Maskyoo
• Monday.com - automation setup and management
• WordPress - ongoing maintenance and plugin updates
• Elementor - landing page building and light script/code implementation
• Domain, hosting, SSL, DNS management
• Webhooks, APIs, tokens, and system permissions management

Requirements

• Proven experience working with marketing systems, CRM integrations, and automation tools.
• Strong understanding of tracking infrastructure (GTM, GA4, pixels, conversion events).
• Experience managing lead flows and troubleshooting technical integrations.
• Familiarity with WordPress and landing page builders (Elementor - advantage).
• Experience working with APIs, Webhooks, and system permissions.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
