The Role & Responsibilities

Foundational Engineering: Architecting and building the core React infrastructure that supports multiple product teams and high-scale applications.
Architectural Excellence: Continuously evolving the Frontend architecture to ensure peak performance, scalability, and developer velocity.
Core Product Impact: Collaborating closely with product squads to identify architectural bottlenecks and design generic, reusable solutions and frameworks.
Tooling & DX: Developing internal tools, libraries, and design systems that define the engineering standards across the company.
Technical Mentorship: Working alongside elite engineers under the Infra Team Lead to drive technical excellence and best practices.

Requirements-

6 years of professional experience in Frontend Development – Mandatory.
2 years specifically focused on Frontend Infrastructure (Performance, Architecture, Developer Tools, or Core Libraries) – Mandatory.
4 years of deep, hands-on experience with React in complex, large-scale production environments – Mandatory.
Proven ability to design and implement complex system architectures while maintaining high code quality and performance standards.
