A leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Generative AI Engineer to join an innovative AI team working on cutting-edge solutions at enterprise scale
In this role, you will design, develop, and implement advanced Generative AI systems, focusing on RAG architectures, Agents-based solutions, intelligent document processing, and extracting insights from large-scale support systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, optimize models for performance and scalability, and drive best practices across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – required
- 2+ years of experience in Generative AI with a strong focus on Agents – required
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering at scale – required
- Strong understanding of foundation models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini and Prompt Engineering – required
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch – required
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation – required
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
