Talent Acquisition Specialist

Wanted: Talent Acquisition & HR Manager for a HealthTech (Nutrition & Genetics) company in Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time and On-site position.

​The chosen candidate will serve as a pivotal cornerstone in a high-growth HealthTech firm, bridging the gap between advanced genetics and personalized nutrition. ​Job Responsibilities:

-Lead full-cycle 360° recruitment processes for Israel and UK branches, covering a diverse range of roles including R&D, Medical Professionals, Sales, and Corporate Headquarters.

-Execute sophisticated, hands-on active sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier passive talent in highly competitive niche markets.

- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, organizational culture initiatives, and welfare programs to ensure high retention and engagement.

- Ensure organizational compliance by managing labor law requirements, working with legal counsel and payroll providers, and handling sensitive HR procedures.

​Job Requirements:

- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition with a proven track record in technological, medical, or executive recruitment.

- Proven leadership experience, with the professional maturity and readiness to manage a team of recruiters in the near future.

-Superior hands-on sourcing skills using advanced tools and methodologies to identify specialized talent.

-Exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal) for seamless communication with UK-based stakeholders and international candidates.

-Relevant Academic Degree (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred) with a high level of assertiveness and the ability to thrive under pressure.
