The Role & Responsibilities-

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Leading the entire data science journey—from deep research and feature engineering to deploying production-ready models.
• Core Predictive Intelligence: Developing and implementing sophisticated solutions in Predictive Modeling, Recommendation Systems, and Personalization.
• Global Scale Impact: Designing algorithms that influence the core business logic of international brands, utilizing a diverse stack of ML and statistical methodologies.
• Algorithmic Versatility: Working with advanced techniques including Embeddings, Random Forest, Dimensionality Reduction, and Clustering to solve complex Ad-Tech challenges.
• Strategic Influence: Collaborating with global peers to set the standard for Production ML within a high-performance, results-driven environment.

Requirements

• Academic Foundation: M.Sc. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field – Mandatory.
• Professional Seniority: At least 5 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist in a product-oriented environment – Mandatory.
• Machine Learning Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience in designing, training, and deploying Machine Learning models – Mandatory.
• Data Stack Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Python or R, including mastery of NumPy, Pandas, and SciPy – Mandatory.
• Production Orientation: Proven track record of taking models through the full cycle into Production ML environments.
