This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Commercial Real Estate Broker. The role involves performing lease negotiations, representing tenants, managing end-to-end brokerage processes, sourcing commercial real estate opportunities, and cultivating relationships with clients and property owners. The Broker will also stay updated on the latest market trends and maintain a thorough understanding of available office spaces to provide customized client solutions.

• Experience in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation
• Proven skills in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate
• Strong Sales and client relationship management abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Hebrew is a strong advantage
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the Tel Aviv real estate market
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
