The Role

We are looking for motivated real estate brokers to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Generating leads and developing business relationships.
• Matching clients with suitable commercial properties.
• Conducting property tours and negotiating deals.
• Managing transactions from initial contact through closing.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Experience in B2B sales or real estate is an advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English.

Compensation & Commission Structure

• 
  
• 100% performance-based compensation.
• Earnings come exclusively from successful transactions.
• Commissions are shared between the broker and SQM according to an agreed commission structure.
• Commissions are paid after SQM receives payment for the transaction.
• Estimated annual commission potential: ₪500,000 to ₪1,000,000.
• Earnings depend on individual performance and completed transactions. Income is not guaranteed.
