Mechanical Engineer
A leading international industrial company in the field of water technology is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join its R&D team.
This is a great opportunity to take part in the development of innovative, real-world products, working across the full product lifecycle—from concept through design and into production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to production
- Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and industry standards
- Select and optimize manufacturing and assembly methods
- Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and cost analyses, including risk assessments
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement at both component and product levels
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (M.Sc. – an advantage)
- 5+ years of experience in product development within an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in NPI
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, materials, and strength analysis
- High proficiency in SolidWorks (including EPDM, Simulation, etc.)
- Experience with engineering simulations and analyses
- Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies (metal, rubber, plastics)
- Creative thinking with strong design and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
Advantages

- Familiarity with Priority ERP system
