A leading international industrial company in the field of water technology is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join its R&D team.

This is a great opportunity to take part in the development of innovative, real-world products, working across the full product lifecycle—from concept through design and into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to production
• Design mechanical parts, assemblies, and systems
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety, and industry standards
• Select and optimize manufacturing and assembly methods
• Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and cost analyses, including risk assessments
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement at both component and product levels

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (M.Sc. – an advantage)
• 5+ years of experience in product development within an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in NPI
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, materials, and strength analysis
• High proficiency in SolidWorks (including EPDM, Simulation, etc.)
• Experience with engineering simulations and analyses
• Solid understanding of manufacturing technologies (metal, rubber, plastics)
• Creative thinking with strong design and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English
