Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As an SQA Engineer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary group of Hardware, Firmware, Software, and Software Test Engineers in a Medical Device company.

You will apply professional quality engineering practices for the software design phase of the system that will run on our clinical platform.

You will work on system facing medical professionals, and background services that will enable data connectivity of our edge devices – both inside and outside clinical settings.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases of our system
• Create and maintain STD, STP, and STR documentation
• Analyze, track and report system bugs
• Review and analyze field test results data
• Address customer support escalations
  
  

• Technical education, ISTQB certificate preferred
• 2+ years of continuous experience as an SQA engineer
• Experience in testing of embedded systems - must
• Experience in medical device company – must
• Experience in mobile apps (Android) testing, static Web tests, manual API testing
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, ability to understand the business process flow - must
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
• Familiarity with Katalon - big advantage
• Excellent English language skills
