About the Role

We're looking for a Solutions Engineer who bridges technology and business, owning the technical sales cycle from discovery to deployment, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers. You'll shape deals, influence product direction, and directly impact revenue.

What You'll Do

• Own the technical sales cycle — lead discovery sessions, deliver compelling product demos, design proof-of-concepts, and guide customers from evaluation through go-live.
• Architect solutions that map customer requirements to product capabilities, with a focus on scalability, performance, and measurable business value.
• Translate complexity — take technical concepts and make them clear and actionable for both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
• Run POCs end-to-end, handling scope definition, technical execution, and results.
• Partner with AE’s to develop deal strategy and accelerate the sales motion.
• Feed the product roadmap by synthesizing customer pain points and market trends into structured internal feedback.
• Support customer migrations and integrations, reducing friction and minimizing business disruption during onboarding.

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role: Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar
• Software development background (we want people who can reason about code)
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or a high-growth tech environment
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations and influence buying decisions
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM use cases and production AI systems
