The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital & eCommerce Manager to lead and scale Effectivate’s digital growth, with a strong focus on performance and revenue.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our digital ecosystem — from acquisition to conversion — with a key emphasis on eCommerce performance and optimization.

What you’ll do:

✨ Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and additional channels

✨Own and continuously improve our eCommerce funnel — from product pages to checkout and retention

✨ Optimize website and landing pages with a strong focus on CRO, UX/UI, and revenue growth

✨Manage and scale online sales activities, promotions, and product performance tracking

✨ Oversee digital assets including website, landing pages, and funnels

✨Lead mobile and in-app campaigns to drive engagement and conversions

✨Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and implement new tools and strategies

✨Stay ahead of digital and eCommerce trends to continuously evolve our strategy

What we’re looking for:

✅ 3–5 years of end-to-end digital marketing experience- must!

✅ Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, SEO, WordPress- must!

✅Proven experience managing and optimizing eCommerce platforms and conversion funnels – must

✅ Experience with mobile/app campaigns – big advantage

✅ Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach

✅Proactive, independent, and highly collaborative
